Refund & Exchange Policy

Toronto International Flamenco Festival Inc. agrees that Customers are entitled to full refunds for cancelled, postponed, or relocated events.   

Exchange of tickets may be allowed providing the tickets are at the same or higher price and the exchanged seats have not been sold.
